Duff Goldman's Slightly Adapted Mamo's Potato Pancakes

I also made Duff Goldman's Slightly Adapted Mamo's Potato Pancakes which I found in the Dec 2010 issue of Food Network Magazine tonight. They weren't bad, but not my favorite- not sure I would make them again. I have at least one other latke recipe I want to try and see if it is better than this one.
