I forgot to post this recipe from Food Network magazine a few days ago- I made this Lemony Potato Salad when we had a barbecue, though I also added some minced fresh chive and dusted the top of the potato salad with paprika. The potato salad was okay- not amazing. I don't think I would make it again, but it wasn't terrible. It was a bit bland I thought.
(Note: I did not make the ribs, only the potato salad.)
