Roast Beef with Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Last night I made this recipe for "Roast Beef with Balsamic Glazed Carrots" which I cut out of the Sept 2011 issue of Health magazine. It was pretty bland. I like Classic Roast Beef and Gravy MUCH better than this recipe. I won't be making this recipe again. Though I do like the rump roast cut of meat, in this recipe it did not have much flavor. The carrots had no flavor at all.
