Quick Grilled Pizzas









Tonight for dinner we made these Quick Grilled Pizzas from Cook's Country magazine. They were excellent. Next time I would add more garlic and a little bit of red pepper flakes to the pizza sauce. I would also puree the pizza sauce mixture. For myself, I would honestly prefer no cheese next time. I put fresh mushrooms on the pizza as an experiment, but the pizzas cooked so quickly the mushrooms didn't have time to cook. So in the future I will either saute the mushrooms beforehand or grill them so they are cooked before I put them on the pizza. I would love to try some prosciutto on these. I can't wait to make these again!!! Very quick and easy, and the dough was so easy to make!
