Skillet Penne Sausage Supper
I made this recipe for Skillet Penne Sausage Supper. It was pretty good, but I would make some changes if I made it again. The method was good, but I would change out some of the ingredients. I would use canned diced tomatoes and not sundried tomatoes. I would also skip the spinach and add some frozen green beans at the end. I might try adding some cheddar cheese to this right at the end. Over all the method was great, it was fast, it was a one-pot meal, and it was a heck of a lot healthier than Hamburger Helper.
