Grilled Pork Chops w/ Cherry Peppers & Balsamic Vinegar
Last night I tried this recipe from Bon Appetit's Apr 2012 issue. Supposedly this is a recipe that Mario Batali makes in his Babbo restaurant. The actual title is Grilled Pork Chops with cherry peppers, cipolline onions, and balsamic vinegar. I did not use the cipolline onions or the red onion. I only used vidalia onion because that's what I had on hand. Also, I used thin cut pork chops (like scallopini). The recipe came out very good. Next time I would use less cherry peppers as it was a little bit too spicy. Overall this was a great recipe and I will probably make it again.
