Minute Cubed Steaks with Garlic-Parsley Butter

I really don't know why I even tried this recipe for Minute Cubed Steaks with Garlic-Parsley Butter which came out of the Apr/May 2012 issue of Cook's Country magazine. I should know better- that cubed steaks aren't going to come out well, especially fried in a pan. This recipe was pretty terrible, though I did like the herb butter. I most definitely will not make this one again, though I might make the butter for on top of a real steak.
