Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

On Friday I tried this recipe for Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Scallops. It was a big disappointment. If you read the blog post I've linked about it, that blogger hits on a lot of the problems I ran into. Like trying to wrap two scallops at a time in bacon and get them on a skewer! Ridiculous! After all the work and difficulty trying to grill them (they kept spinning around the skewer) the flavor wasn't even great. I will definitely not make these again!!!! Usually I have good luck with Cook's Country, but this was a dud!
