Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast and Gravy

Yesterday I made this recipe from Cook's Country for Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast and Gravy. It wasn't really that great. It wasn't awful, but I don't know that I would make this again. It didn't have that great roasted turkey flavor, or much flavor in general, so I think from now I'll just roast a turkey.
