Pork Milanese

Tonight I made this recipe for Pork Milanese from Food Network Magazine. I was disappointed. It was a lot of work and the flavor wasn't that great. I'm also still adjusting to my electric stovetop which seems to make it easier to burn things. I won't be making this recipe again. I'd rather do shakenbake which is easier and tastes better.
