Chicago Deep-Dish Pizza

Last night I made this recipe for Chicago Deep-Dish Pizza. It was good, but I felt it was missing something. I'm not sure what. It definitely needs more herbs and garlic than called for. Maybe a teensy bit of olive oil added to the pizza sauce, also I would puree the pizza sauce next time as I don't love the chunks of tomatoes. I also think it needed more cheese, and more cornmeal/less flour in the dough. Overall this was good and I think I will make it again with some tweaking. I'd also like to try this as a meal to drop off to someone when in need. I think you could assemble this earlier in the morning and drop it off to someone, and they could bake it when they are ready to eat.
