Mediterranean Grilled Chicken
Last week I tried this recipe for Mediterranean Grilled Chicken from Cook's Country Jun/Jul 2011 issue. It also had a recipe for tomato-feta salad to go along with it but I didn't make that, although I am sure it would have been good. The chicken was great, though the lemon was a bit strong. I will definitely make this again, and just cut back on the lemon a bit.
