Cheddar-Crusted Chicken

A few nights ago I made this recipe from Cook's Country Oct/Nov 2012 issue for Cheddar-Crusted Chicken. It wasn't great. Very dry. I think the crushed rice krispy cereal needed to be mixed with a little melted butter. It also could have used some seasonings. Definitely won't make this again.
