Onion Dip (Chip Dip)

Last week I made Alton  Brown's recipe for Onion Dip. It was okay, but I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. It was a little too thick as well. I should have added some milk. I might try to make this again at some point but would probably tweak the recipe. This recipe was very similar to one I tried a long time ago from the old Food Network Show "Two Dudes Catering".
