Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice

I tried this recipe for Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice from Pioneer Woman. It was okay, but it seemed to need more chicken broth than called for. The flavor and texture weren't quite what I was looking for. I was hoping to get a rice more similar to Chipotle or Cafe Rio. But it wasn't terrible. Not sure if I will make again. One note: cut the recipe in half!
