McCormick Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
A few nights ago for dinner, I made a roast chicken using McCormick's Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning. It came out really amazing. I butterflied the chicken just because I wanted it to cook faster, and then sprayed the chicken with olive oil and sprinkled the seasoning on heavily. I baked it on my broiler pan but I am sure a rack set inside a baking sheet would have been fine too. Everyone loved it. I will definitely make this again.
