Crispy Cheddar Chicken
I had seen this recipe for Crispy Cheddar Chicken floating around facebook and decided to try it. It was pretty good, but I think the step of dipping the chicken in the milk is completely pointless. The chicken is already wet and barely any milk at all is actually on the chicken after dipping it. Also, it is very difficult to get the cheese to adhere to the chicken. I honestly think it would be easier to make this recipe by putting the chicken in a pan and topping with the cheese and crushed crackers. And the chicken stuck to the pan really bad even though it had been sprayed with cooking spray, so this is another reason I would put cheese & crumbs on top of the chicken only. I also added some milk to the sauce mixture because I felt it was way too thick otherwise. Overall this tasted good and everyone loved it. The only downside is that it is made with processed ingredients. Even so, I will probably make this again sometime.
