A few days ago I made this recipe for Chicken with Wine from Everyday with Rachael Ray magazine. It was pretty good though I am not sure I would make it again as I think I like Chicken Marsala better. However, the mushrooms were delicious and honestly I'd like to make this recipe again with more mushrooms and omit the chicken altogether. This flavor of this recipe reminded me a lot of the mushrooms you get at Outback Steakhouse. I know that Outback uses Maggi seasoning in some of their food so I would like to try a dash of that in this next time.
I only had a subscription to Everyday with Rachael Ray because I had gotten it so cheap through a deal on ebay. I have not renewed it because it is pretty rare that I find a recipe in it that I am interested to try. I also feel like the magazine it just too chaotic to really read. But every once in awhile she has a good recipe come along.
