Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy

Yesterday I made this recipe for Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy from the Feb/Mar 2010 issue of Cook's Country. I was really disappointed. The meat came out with no flavor and kind of dry. The gravy was decent, but not my favorite. I definitely would not make this again. I think the leftovers are just going to end up in the garbage. :(  I think I'll stick to roast beef instead of pork roasts.
