Burgers

Last night for dinner I made hamburgers using a cheap burger press I bought from Bed Bath & Beyond. I wondered if the burger press was really worth buying, but after using it, I have decided yes it is worth it. I just love that all the homemade burgers are a nice uniform size, and it was super easy to do. I am glad I bought it.

For the burgers I used 85% ground beef, and then added in some minced onion, fresh bread crumbs with milk poured on top (to create a panade which helps the burgers stay moist), garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, dash of soy sauce, dash of Worcestershire, and generous dashes of seasoned salt. I think that is all I added. Next time I will add a dash of cayenne. The burgers were really incredible!
