My mom cut this recipe out for me a long time ago... it came from that Relish insert in the newspaper. Anyway, I have been wanting to try this recipe for Halloween Candy Cookies for a long time, and finally tried it last night, using m&m's. These were pretty good, the only thing was I think I over-baked them as they were a little too crunchy for our liking. I put a piece of bread in the cookie container hoping it will help soften them up (a tip I got from my mother-in-law a long time ago). Also I baked these on parchment paper like I bake all cookies. I will definitely make these again and would like to try them with different candy.

Dijon Pork Medallions from Taste of Home Did not love. Flavor wasn't great. Won't make again.

yum! Hey do you have a silpat, or do you prefer parchment paper. We have a silpat that we love, and the cookies are much harder to burn on it.
