Homemade Chocolate Syrup
In an effort to eat less highly-processed stuff, and to avoid high fructose corn syrup, I tried out this recipe for Homemade Chocolate Syrup today. We used it in milkshakes, and I thought it was pretty darn good, though perhaps missing something and a little harsh chocolate-ness. Overall the flavor was much better than that nasty Hershey's syrup. Next time I want to try this recipe, which is the same ingredients but different proportions that I think might tone down the chocolate bite and increase the sweetness a tad.
