Maple Roast Turkey Breast

A few nights ago I tried this recipe for Maple Roast Turkey Breast from Cook's Country. I was disappointed, because it really had barely any maple flavor at all- just on the skin. The glaze was tasty but I really think it needed a brine with maple syrup in it. I will probably use this glaze (maple syrup & Dijon mustard) on other things, but won't make this exact recipe again.
