I have heard of Yorkshire Pudding before but never eaten it or made it. So I decided to try it since I saw it linked to several prime rib recipes on Food Network's website. Here is the recipe I used for Yorkshire Pudding.
It was interesting. Since I've never had Yorkshire Pudding before I don't know if mine came out like it should have. It was a bit bland but that doesn't surprise me since Yorkshire Pudding is English. It tasted like a cross between an omelette and a homemade noodle. I think next time I would add a bit more salt. This wasn't bad and I am glad I tried it. Not sure if I'd make it again though.
I saw a similar recipe which used muffin tins. That would be interesting to try.
