Lidia Bastianich's Shrimp Scampi
The other night I made this recipe for Lidia Bastianich's "Shrimp Scampi" which I cut out of Food Network Magazine. This was really incredible! As good as restaurant quality! Next time I would cut down on the lemon- it had just a titch too much lemon for my taste. I also think next time I'd serve it over angel hair or linguini. I doubled the amount of dry breadcrumbs called for. I also removed the tails from the shrimp completely- makes it easier to eat. I can't wait to make this again!

Dijon Pork Medallions from Taste of Home Did not love. Flavor wasn't great. Won't make again.
