Roasted Moroccan Chicken with Carrots
Tonight I made this recipe for Roasted Moroccan Chicken with Carrots from Everyday with Rachael Ray magazine. It was really good. I omitted the carrots but wish I had made them as well. I did spatchcock the chicken to make it cook faster- I think that worked well. I am pretty sure I will make this again.
