Cuisine at Home

I recently tried two recipes from Cuisine at Home. That's a magazine I used to subscribe to but I let my subscription run out because I felt the recipes were really mediocre and just too basic. I tried the Italian Sausage with Penne. It was okay, but not good enough to make again. I also tried a recipe they had for a Pimento Cheese Ball. It was decent but no different than any other pimento cheese ball recipes I've seen online, so I didn't even bother saving the recipe.
