Saw this exact recipe in Southern Living magazine and found it was posted on foodnetwork.com as well.

This was pretty awful. The rice was not even close to cooked at the end of the cooking time. It needed more liquid and a lot more cooking time to be cooked. The flavor was not great, and the panko cheese topping was dry- it really needed some butter or olive oil mixed in. This recipe was a lot of work too. I would definitely not make this again.
