Campfire Cheese Hash Brown Packets Recipe from Taste of Home
I didn't follow the recipe exactly but these were great! I added more cheese than called for, but didn't top with any cheese at the end. I added some diced onion and butter to the potato mixture. These were awesome. I will definitely make them again! Easy to tweak with different ingredients. These would be great with breakfast sausage (links maybe) or polish sausage in them! Great for breakfast or dinner.
