Classic Cheesecake with Sour Cream Topping

This was pretty good. I used 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs instead of 1 1/4. Next time I will use 1 1/4. Also the graham crackers I used were apparently stale so that effected the finished product. I would like to try this again with fresh graham crackers.
