Crispy Parmesan Pork

Tony Danza's Crispy Parmesan Pork

I only loosely followed this recipe. I used pecans, not almonds, and I didn't make the spinach salad side dish. So basically I ground the pecans together with the parmesan, added garlic salt, pepper and a little seasoned salt. Dipped pork chops in the egg wash and then in the pecan mixture, then fried in olive oil. This was very good and I would probably make it again.
