Ham Potpie

After Easter, I made a ham potpie with broccoli, peas and cheese of course. I followed this recipe and just swapped out the chicken, and added the peas and broccoli. I also skipped the egg wash on the pie. It came out great!!!! I would definitely make it again. One note, this recipe always makes more filling than would fit in one pie. There is almost enough for two pies. This time, I took the leftover filling, put it in a small baking dish, put cheese on top and baked it along with the pie. It was good.
