Old-Fashioned Pecan Pie from Cook's Country (found it in my Cook's Country Blue Ribbon Desserts cookbook.)
Made this for Easter, and it was incredible! So much better than any store-bought pie. I used store-bought ready-made roll-out crust which is what I always use because I think it tastes fine, it is easy and it comes out so much better than homemade crusts I've attempted to make. This pie was awesome. I baked it 55 minutes and it was a titch dry, next time I would only bake 45 minutes. I think this is my new favorite pie.
