Recently made a broccoli salad but I didn't measure anything. I chopped broccoli into florets. Mixed mayo, cider vinegard, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, finely chopped onion (optional, or use onion powder). Add to broccoli along with cubed or shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Chill a few hours before serving, if possible. This was fantastic.
Measure guidelines:
2 bunches broccoli
2 c shredded cheddar
1 sm onion, finely chopped
1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled (or substitute 1 jar of bacon bits)
1 1/2 c mayo
3 T cider vinegar
3/4 c sugar
salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
