Boursin Mashed Potatoes
I recently made a recipe from America's Test Kitchen's The Make Ahead Cook cookbook for Boursin Mashed Potatoes. It was basically mashed potatoes made with russets, heavy cream, Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese and fresh chives. It wasn't great! Didn't have much flavor at all. I will not make these again.
