Baked Eggs

My preferred method for cooking bacon is to bake it. Recently I tried an experiment- when the bacon was done cooking, I then cracked some eggs onto the hot sheet pan and baked them until they reminded me of over easy. The eggs came out great! I loved the texture, and since I had the pan lined with foil- I had nothing to clean up except removing the foil.
