Stuffed Pork Chops

Stuffed Pork Chops by me

Use pork scallopini. Season one side with garlic salt and pepper. Flip over, and on the un-seasoned side, add a scoop of prepared cornbread Stovetop stuffing. Roll up and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Dot with butter. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Super easy and delicious!
