Sweet, Sticky, and Spicy Chicken
I followed the recipe exactly, and it was WAY too spicy. Also, agree with other reviews on the site that the sauce did not thicken up enough. The flavor would have been decent had the spice been dialed down, but even so I'm not sure I'll make this again. I think the chicken needs to be tossed in flour or something before browning, also I think dark meat might be a better choice so the chicken doesn't get so dry. And the chicken needs to be removed from the pan while the sauce reduces more.
