Chardonnay Pork Chops from Taste of Home
Really good! Super quick and easy! I used scallopini and I doubled the garlic because you can never have too much garlic. I think you could use any kind of white wine and it'd be fine. I added a tiny dash of sugar because it was a little too tart with the lemon. I will most definitely make this again.
