One-Pot Chicken with Broccoli and Rice

One-Pot Chicken with Broccoli & Rice from Cook's Country magazine Dec/Jan 2018 issue

This was okay. The rice & broccoli texture came out great. However the chicken was kinda dry and flavorless. I think the chicken needs a brine or marinate before cooking this. I liked that it was in one pot, but I wasn't wowed. So right now not sure I'll make this again.
