Chicken Scampi

Chicken Scampi from Cook's Country (Olive Garden copycat)

Very good and tasted very close to Olive Garden. My family loved it. Next time I would add more garlic (we love garlic), tripled the bell pepper (we love bell pepper) and make more sauce. I will definitely make this again.
