Maple-Sage Brined Turkey

Maple-Sage Brined Turkey from Taste of Home

I didn't read the recipe closely enough- I used ground mustard not yellow mustard. Still the flavor was great. I also added some apple cider to the brine. The broth/juice the turkey released was almost too salty, but the meat was great. I will make this again, possibly increasing the brown sugar.
