Barbecued Pulled Chicken from Cook's Country.
I didn't measure anything and only loosely followed the recipe.
Boneless skinless chicken breasts & thighs
Diced onion
Ketchup
tomato paste
maple syrup (not called for in CC recipe)
chili powder
garlic cloves minced
cayenne pepper
molasses
brown mustard
cider vinegar
hot sauce (I did dashes of Frank's Redhot and green Tabasco)
liquid smoke
salt
pepper
Cooked in pressure cooker until able to shred. Added some brown sugar, more salt and pepper after cooking.
This was very good and I think I will make it again!
