Rigatoni with Sausage and Fennel from Food Network magazine
Apparently this is a recipe from Ina Garten. It was not identified as such in the magazine. I'm not a fan of Ina and have not liked recipes of hers that I have tried- this one included. I would not have even bothered to make it if I knew it was her recipe.
I really did not think this was anything special. The fennel seemed to add some bitterness. The flavor wasn't grerat. I definitely will not make this again. Overall a disappointing recipe.
