I googled copycat recipes for KFC coleslaw and found some variations but generally all had the same idea. I didn't measure anything. Here is what I added:
bagged coleslaw mix
onion, minced
milk
mayo
sugar
lemon juice (fresh)
apple cider vinegar
salt
barely any pepper
Mix all and let sit in the fridge a few hours. Tasted really close to KFC's version!
