Grilled Button Mushrooms from Aug/Sept 2016 Cook's Country
I made this recipe but did not measure ingredients or follow exactly. Still came out fantastic. Wash white mushrooms, if large, cut in half. Spray/toss with olive oil and pepper. Grill a few minutes on each side until starting to soften and have grill marks. Place in disposable foil pan with some butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, thyme, minced garlic and more pepper. No salt because it's quite salty with the butter and soy. Grill about 8 more minutes until fully cooked.
Delicious!
