Stuffed Mushrooms
Spray a 9 by 13 dish with baking spray or line a baking sheet with foil and then spray. Large package white mushrooms, cleaned. Pull the stems out and throw them in the food processor. Place the caps in the dish. Add some slightly softened butter (about 3 T), 4 cloves minced garlic, about 3 or 4 T italian breadcrumbs, 2 or 3 T grated parmesan romano, about 1 T soy sauce and 1 1/2 T Worcestershire. Sprinkle of salt and ground pepper. Process until smooth. Using a teaspoon, smash the filling into the mushrooms caps, mound the filling if necessary to use it all up. Bake at 400 degrees about 30-40 minutes until bubbly and browned. Delicious!
