Chicken Piccata from my America's Test Kitchen Cookbook.
It was great. I did add a little Wondra flour at the end to thicken up the sauce more. I would definitely make this again and it was fairly quick and easy. Next time I need to pound the chicken a little thinner, and cook it is a little bit less so it doesn't get overcooked. However the sauce saves it even if it does get a little overcooked.
