Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast on the Ninja Woodfire Grill
I sprinkled it with a brown sugar rub & seasoning and smoked it at 250" until done, which took about an hour and a half for 3 lb boneless breast I had. It was very good. I used the Ninja all purpose pellets and wouldn't have minded a stronger smoke flavor. Overall though this was excellent and I will definitely make it again.
