Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli from "Wok with Tak" on Youtube
Made this recipe but improvised a little bit. Realized I was out of hoisin so I added a splash of fish sauce (based on a google search for hoisin substitutes), added a bit of jarred minced garlic, a bit of squeeze ginger, and a bit of shaoxing wine. Also I sprinkled the chicken with garlic salt and pepper while I was frying it.
This was quite good, but seemed like it was missing a little bit of something, but I don't know what. I would probably make it again.
